All content and materials provided on our website and during scavenger hunts, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, images, and audiovisual content, are owned or licensed by CITY DISCOvery and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Participants may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content or materials from our website or scavenger hunts without prior written permission from CITY DISCOvery.

6. LIABILITY WAIVER

Participation in our scavenger hunts involves certain risks, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, and property damage.
By participating in our scavenger hunts, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless CITY DISCOvery, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any liability arising out of your participation in the event.
